Our Completed Project

When Sam and Julie founded the Love Link 15 years ago, their two baby houses were only considered as temporary. A search for a permanent home always proved unfruitful. Although they were adequate for the work, both lacked the space for future programs they felt necessary for the benefit of the children.

A pictorial view of magnificent change.
Front...

Soft colors blending with colorful flowers and a stand of green grass have given the center a look of elegance.

Back...

Stacked firewood along the walls provided fuel for cooking tortillas. It yielded to a beautiful area to push the babies in the Bye-Bye Buggy.

Kitchen #2...

From a 50 year old kitchen to a modern kitchen with oak cabinets, ceramic tile and hot and cold water, the nursery workers have the best.

Kitchen #1...

This is the main kitchen that features oak cabinets and a monitor with an intercom to control outside entry. The windows are soundproof.

Bath room #1...

A bath room 50 years old was stripped to the bare concrete walls. Two large Kohler sinks are used for bathing any size baby. The amenities gives this room a perfect decor.

Water Tower...

Adding 4,100 liters of water assures us of having succifient water to do laundry, clean, and water the yard. Our water is rationed from 10am to 5am next day.

Miracle Roof...

This roof was basically destroyed in four major earthquakes. The new roof was our first encountered miracle in the remodeling.

Yellow Room...

A mango tree root has no place in a baby's room. All rooms were named a color. The babies rest in perfect peace knowing security for the first time.
